From where to get windshield rubber gaskets and original convertible top

I want to restore the windshield. its the long type. from where can i get the rubber for the glasses, does anybody has detailed photos of the opening mechanism of the fron small side glasses?

 

Another thing where i'm interested in are informations on the original back folding convertible top, which could be stored in the rear under an teak lid, i think it will work on some kind of sliding rail or something similar. i want to bring mine back into an close to original condition....
