Oh yeah, she is a 1964.
Mark Thomas, a member of this site has the 1964, 233 portside drive fishing model, the sister proto hull to yours. There was only 2, yours the sport model and his the fishing model. Full production did not start til 1966. You own a true piece of Formula history. Completly restored she is worth a lot of money. I confirmed this history with the VP of Formula. I still have the emails from Formula in 2008.
