More about your 233: 1972 FORMULA F233 with cuddy. If you want a boat that elicits as many complements as a classic Gar Wood or Chris Craft but is very superior in performance, fuel efficiency and maintainability, then "Spirit" is for you. This boat was manufactured by the Formula Boat Company in Miami, FL that was owned by the famous boat manufacturer, Don Arrow, who won several Miami-Nassau races in his Formulas. He then went on to make Donzis and Cigarettes famous. This fast, tough, no-nonsense hull of legendary design was professionally and completely rebuilt to be a better-than-new, go anywhere boat. We gutted the hull and then built in glassed-in stringers, installed a new 100 gallon stainless fuel tank, installed a new multi-port, fuel injected 7.4 Liter, 350 HP Mercury with a Bravo III Outdrive. Included new wiring, drive controls and cabling, instruments, batteries, captain & mate chairs, Sunbrella Bimini with cover, and complete cabin interior. Also includes Autohelm Auto Pilot, Foruno GPS with plotter & fish finder and VHF. Also includes: Plastic Swim Platform that looks like teak but never stains or fades with Boarding Ladder, Sunbrella Boat Cover, Trim Tabs, Anchor with Chain and Rode, Sony AM/FM Radio with CD and iPod Dock with Bose Cockpit Speakers and dual Cabin Speakers w/Remote Pad at Helm, Cabin & Cockpit Lights, Cooler w/Cushion, Custom Cushion on Motor Box, 2 Boat Chairs, 1 Automatic and 1 Non-Automatic Bilge Pump, Porta-Potti, Coast Guard Emergency Package, 4 Life Vests in Carrying Bag - never used, 2 Batteries with Battery Switch, several sets of dock lines, boat hook, boat brush. Don Arronow himself would be proud to own this attention getting beauty. Everything on this boat except the hull, deck and teak was replaced professionally in 2002. "Spirit" has been stored inside in a high and dry marina and has been serviced at least twice a year since her restoration. The original trailer is included - old but usable.
