Full rebuild lay up

hey guys I'm going to do a full rebuild. Stringers transom the lot. Just wondering what layup on the inside of the hull I should use after Ive taken it right back bare and suggestion on resin. Should I fill the strakes with something??

They seem to use two sheets of 20mm ply for stringers and 2x 20mm and 1 x 12mm for the transom.
