Props and exhaust

I purchased a couple of new Power Tech OFX-4 blade Polished SS 17" pitch. My stb. engine will not turn the same RPM's as the port engine at WOT. Also, the stb. engine had a cracked exhaust manifold. Bought two sets of the GLM manifolds. I would be open to suggestions concerning the RPM difference. Checked timing, plan on replacing Fuel/water filter, thinking about switching port carb with stb. carb. any other suggestions?

How much difference? Many things effect this. Make sure both engines are trimmed evenly. Check your tachs to make sure they are accurate on both engines. Swap props from engine to engine if they both rotate the same. If none of these correct the issue and there is a significant difference I would guess it is caused by engine wear.
