More about your 233
We just got this boat a couple of weeks ago. As it stands right now it is just the hull, center console and trailer. it is completly bare, but we hope to have it up and running within about 3 months. It will be the newest addition to the Coast Guard Auxiliary Flotilla 6-11 in Miami Beach.

1976 Formula 233 Center Console

We just purchased this 233 about two weeks ago. The plan is to place a twin engine brackett with twin 200hp Yamahas. 100gal Aluminum gas tank has been ordered and T-top and leaning post coming soon.

Good evening Alex!

My deepest apologies for not responding to you sooner!  I am soooo sorry!  Please dont think that I was ignoring you!  I have been slowly learning my way around this site since becoming a member!

Your boat looks fantastic!  It is much nicer than mine and is already a center console!  You have a great foundation and your hull will turn out fantastic with the ideas you have in mind.

I will be more than happy to share my wild and crazy ideas with anyone who will listen!  My project is going to take a little longer than most due to my hectic work schedule and the other projects that I am currently juggling, so please help keep my motivated along the way!

I am not a pillar of knowledge like most of the other members on this site but I may be able to help out once in a while.  Please feel free to ask and I will do my best to help out!

Again, congratulations on your new purchase and I look forward to seeing your ideas come to fruition!  Try to post a lot of pictures along the way so we can see the type of work and modifications you are completing.

Take care and stay in touch!

Hey Chris,

We finally got the boat into the paint shop. It should be done by this week and then on to building her back up. I'll let you know when you can come over with your dad and take that first ride.
