- This boat was initially a test mule when Formula had its plant in North Miami Beach Florida. As a result it had some features which were not found on that year's model. We picked it up directly from the factory. Biggest mistake I did was to let it go. 2nd biggest mistake was when Formula ceased offering a quality product in this size market. Final mistake was when Formula started building blue water boats in lake country.
