Jason glad to hear you were able to do the swap. I had a feeling it would improve speed and better fuel economy. How much speed did you gain at cruise and top end. Did you notice any bad boat handling with the swap ?
Hi Rick
I picked up only 2mph at cruise and my top speed has not changed. It tops out at 46mph at 5000rpm. I'm using 3 blade 19P props and don't expect much more out of it. Perhaps after I refresh the engines as they have 700hrs on them they spin up a little faster.
I'm heading out again tomorrow and will double check my top end speed.
