Formula boat identification

This is not a 233 but was hoping someone could help me identify this Formula boat year and model.

I located this boat and possibly interested in bringing it back to life and wanted to gather more details about the model and heritage.

It looks about 20 ft and it has a strange hull number on the starboard transom top, looks like a backwards 91226.

It might be from around a 1970 - 1972 time frame. I will post additional photo if needed.

Any help will be appreciated identifying this boat.
