- My boat was purchased Nov 2007 and have been working on it since then whenever I have time off. I have a older Volvo 200hp diesel motor but it is basically brand new with 0 hours. The previous owner lost interest after installing motor. I am trying to set this boat up for trolling fishing in Hawaii. I am building a sponson and will decide later if I want to cut off the cabin and build a flybridge or a command bridge.

Not sure what the ratio is but I believe it is a 290 volvo leg with a 200hp. That's all I can tell you about it other then I run a A4 prop on it.
