- I have just purchased it from a really cool boat professional. He had bought, restored and altered a Formula 233C to a 28footer luxury tender. Although it is much larger, it is still the hull and heart of an F233. The engine is kept low to 50hp not to go faster than 20km/h which is the speed limit in Netherlands before it gets characterised "speed boat" . Then many more pulled and licenses apply, so, I keep it for cruising in and around the area of Amsterdam with friends, food and drinks.
