Wanted exrerior trim rings for oval vent windows

I am looking for the exterior trim rings for the cabin vent windows, both port and starboard. Mine are black plastic and have broken in a couple places. I am trying to find a replacement trim or suitable material to make them with. Any help will be appreciated.

I was thinking I might just have some made up out of aluminum and paint black.

Yes that would work but probably pricey. Cutting them out of PVC lumber will work also if white would is OK, starboard too and that comes in black. I have not even been able to find the windows online.
