Are you referring to an "Outboard Engine Bracket?" If so, there are several manufacturers who manufacture outboard engine brackets. First you need to decide what fits your needs. Are you searching for an aluminum bracket or a fiberglass bracket? Would you like one custom built or more "Mass produced?" For an aluminum bracket, you could check companies such as "Stainless Marine," "Gil Marine," etc.... For a fiberglass bracket, I would check with "Hermco."
I do not have any "Personal" experience with these above listed companies; I am just trying to think of who makes what.....
Good luck and let us know if we can help you out!

Good morning to you Mr. Ziebell!
It sounds like you have put quite a bit of thought into your boat too! Of course there are personal opinions about which type of bracket is better and why, but I agree with you. I too will be utilizing a fiberglass bracket but it will be a little bit different than what is typically seen. You and I are contemplating the same type/size of power as well so it will be interesting to see how our two brackets turn out. My project will also take some time as I am still in the demolition stage (Along with juggling the responsibilities of work, owning a new house, a second project vessel and several cars to maintain!).
As I plan on keeping this boat for the duration of my existence on this planet, I am going to build it as stout as possible. I am taking my Formula down to the bare hull including replacing all of the stringers, bulkheads, floor, transom, etc. I want it to last!
Keep in touch and let the rest of us know how your progressing with your project!
Stay safe!
Henry
