convert cuddy to center console

I have two 233s, both are 1976 cuddies. I plan on converting one to a center console with bracket and outboards. I am in the planning stage and trying to gather information. Don't know anyone who has done this but I see on the web that a lot of people have. I have a ton of questions that I hope to get answers to from those who have already traveled this road. I want to learn as much as possible before actually starting to cut out floor, stringers, transom ect. If you can help me with this please reply to this post.
